* Fix #25: `PaginationResult::$records` should not be wrapped with `new ArrayIterator()` if it already implements `Traversable`

* Resolve #24: `PaginationResult` should implement `Countable`

* Consistently return 1 for uncountable values triggering E_USER_WARNING on PHP 7.2.0 or later

* Remove non-countable checking
