* Podnapisi: discard earlier duplicate subtitle

Also add test to reproduce issue 738.
I used the same subtitle: PodnapisiSubtitle 'PO9C' [fr]>
UnicodeWarning: Unicode equal comparison failed to convert both arguments to Unicode - interpreting them as being unequal
if video.title and 'title' in guess and sanitize(guess['title']) == sanitize(video.title):

Test pass *BUT* this warning is raised

* Fix tests for py3

* Now provider supports unicode search
