Don't report "no blank line" if file is empty

Prior to this commit, there was no way to make slim-lint happy if a
.slim file was completely blank. If the file was empty (0 bytes), then
slim-lint would report:

empty.slim:0 [W] TrailingBlankLines: No blank line in the end of file

However, if a newline was added (i.e. such that the file contains
exactly "\n"), then it would still report, this time with different
warnings:

empty.slim:1 [W] EmptyLines: Extra empty line detected
empty.slim:1 [W] TrailingBlankLines: Multiple empty lines in the end of file

This commit fixes the problem by gracefully handling empty files without
reporting any warnings.
