Allow more numeric types in telemetry.

The spec is pretty clear on this:

    There are five 8-bit unsigned analog data values (expressed as
    3-digit decimal numbers in the range 000–255), followed by a
    single 8-bit digital data value (expressed as 8 bytes, each
    containing 1 or 0).

However, the FAP data showed this in the wild:

    T#324,000,038,257,255,50.12,01000001

50.12 is clearly not an 8-bit decimal number between 000 and 255, but
it's there, so I'm Posteling.
