Update new test that installs an RPM erratum

Module `pulp_smash.tests.pulp2.rpm.api_v2.test_errata` was just added.
It currently contains a single test case that applies an erratum and
verifies that the associated RPM is installed. Update the test case:

* `PackageManager.update` expects positional arguments, such as
  `update('walrus', 'bear')` or `update(*my_tuple)`. Fix the calls to
  this method.
* Much of the logic in the test case can be grouped into highly
  independent methods. Do so.
* Make function `get_rpms_names_versions` use Pulp's API instead of its
  CLI. The API's output is much more stable.
* Many Pulp 2 constants recently moved to
  `pulp_smash.tests.pulp2.constants`. Fix a reference to one of them.
