Export Facebook Quotes as `aside` tags with `cite` captions

Facebook renders `aside` tags as pull quotes, which it also allows to
style via the Instant Article stylesheet. Captions can then be added as
`cite` nodes within the `aside`.

Floating content is not supported, therefore don't add any floating
classes.
