Support subclassing ClosureTree to make abstract model

ClosureTree seemed to create its own table (closure table) on DB even when the class is subclassed by an abstract model (i.e. whose Meta.abstract is True). I think I fixed it: now ClosureModel can be subclassed to make an abstract model, just like Django's normal models (django.db.models.Model).
