feat(module): Allow info, debug, and warn to take supplements

Provides the same supplemental info handling as error for the other three strategies.

BREAKING CHANGE: If you were relying on passing in additional args to the underlying adapter for
info, warn, and debug, that will no longer work with this release! Please adjust your code
accordingly.
