TestMe configuration - get configuration from system properties.
motivation: this is a temporary, low cost solution to enable runtime configuration control via the built in IDE Scripting Console (on the Tools menu). Some of these configuration properties may not be supported in the future, as the general approach is that the test generator default behaviour should be improved to fit all or the vast majority of use cases.
