[models] Renamed organization field to organization_name

Avoid conflicts with the organization field of OpenWISP 2,
which is a foreign key to other objects. This use case may
prove more common than forecasted and thus is better to
rename the organization field of django-x509 to organization_name
to emphasize the fact that the field contains only strings.
