Rewrite just-added tests for RPM vendor metadata

Overhaul the new test case for RPM vendor metadata. Do the following:

* Don't skip the entire test case based on the state of Pulp issue 2781.
  Instead, only skip the specific test affected by that issue.
* Overhaul the assertions performed by the test case. Don't make
  assertions against the raw XML that's bundled with each search result.
  Instead, make assertions against the parsed fields in each search
  result.

These changes demonstrate that Pulp is much buggier than originally
thought. Pulp issue 2781 states that, when an RPM with vendor metadata
is synced into Pulp, that metadata isn't made available through the
search API. That's true. But in addition, when an RPM with vendor
metadata is uploaded into Pulp, that metadata still isn't available.
