Switched to typheous by default

NetHTTP is automatically retrying things and there is no way to make it stop.

Until our apps on Ruby 2.5.0, we cannot stop this from happening, and nobody knows this is happening. It caught me by surprise and im a nerd who looks into this stuff a lot... AAAGHHHHH
