Commit Message

Removed open orders abstract methods for the time being. This keeps the SimulatedBroker simple. Filled in remaining unit tests to get SimulatedBroker to 100% code coverage. However this does not test the SimulatedBroker in full with a realistic time-varying portfolio. Later tests will cover this.

Pull Request Pull Request #243: Added SimulatedBroker class and related machinery.
