Modified getspice/setup to better support HTTPS connections to NAIF server (#202)

Modified getspice/setup to support HTTPS connections to NAIF server with Python environments linked to old OpenSSL libraries

* Extended the list of requirements to fix issue with installation of pyOpenSSL
* Added required packages to meta.yaml: certifi, pyOpenSSL, urllib3
* Updated travis.yml to force an upgrade of pip before running the install
process.  This solves the issue with old pip versions and cryptography
package.
* Updated appveyor.yml to force install certifi, pyOpenSSL and urllib3
before building the conda package.
* Merge changes implemented by AndrewAnnex on PR #232 (conda-fix)
