chore(deps): locks on dependencies, npm@5 used to build the project

As per @Tom-Hudson's comment in #111, it's time for Serenity/JS to upgrade to NPM 5 and lock
dependencies using package-lock to avoid issues with transitive dependencies.

ISSUES CLOSED: Partially addresses #111
