Content breaking out of call-to-action button

I fixed the content breaking out of the call to action button by setting the font size to 18px for media query 480px and below.

Admin panel in portrait mode (#26)

* Yarn version greater than or equal to version 1.0.2

The previous package.json file had strictly defined yarn version 1.0.2. I have updated the file to accept at minimum yarn version 1.0.2 while working with any new versions as well.
