* Added a SamDAO, mock+http versions, and unit tests

* Improvements to sam dao, and negative testing

* Basic sketch for LeoService calling SamDAO to get the pet sa

* Fix tests

* Added Sam config

* Rebase

* Add some logging to see wth is going on with tls

* Add dataproc worker role at cluster creation time, with some todos

* Fix comp error, more ugly hacks

* Tests need to compile too

* One of my ugly hacks had a typo

* Update libs version

* Needs a SNAP

* Update hash again

* Remove log statement

* Clean up todos

* Swagger: remove serviceAccount from ClusterRequest

* Remove debug statement

* Rebase and some, but not all, PR feedback

* Remaining PR feedback

* Remove unneeded test config

* Update libs dependency to non-SNAP
