Generalize interaction tensor (#61)

* changed __init__

* changed to use dictionary n_body_tensors (cf. Issue #46)

* added attributes to take into account new InteractionTensor
implementation

* changed description of class; removed pep8 lint

* changed initialization of InteractionOperator and InteractionRDM to be
more explicit

* added description of args

* some modifications for tuple keys

* completed changes to InteractionTensor, still need to change other
things

* made required changes to InteractionOperator and InteractionRDM

* some more changes in files that use InteractionOperator

* sorted keys to n_body_tensors for __iter__

* added more tests

* updated InteractionOperator usage in examples and demo
