Upgrade httpclient to 4.5.3

Fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-1803
This changes behavior slightly. Paths in the URL will always start with "/"
Also, a URL created from URIBuilder will always have "/" if there is no path.
For example http://example.com will become http://example.com/
