Add support for linebreaks in HTML exporter

If the element content contains `"\n"` characters these will be
transformed to `<br>` HTML tags.

Also move the `Base.create_text_node` method to `Text#create_text_nodes`
since it was only used from there and therefore does not need to be
available on all subclasses of `Base`.
