Turn off returning $c->dump_these altogether in ajax requests

When in debug mode, the $c->dump_these is returned during an error. The
problem is, based on what the default ->dump_these contains, it contains
refs that when followed produce a TON of stuff that is almost never
helpful, and bogs down the request
