[WIP] Add mediawiki history metrics endpoints

Adds endpoints for mediawiki history metrics (edited-pages,
editors, registered-users, edits and bytes-difference).
These new endpoints redirect to AQS service as other
metrics endpoint do.

This patch is [WIP] and shouldn't be merged before
AQS is ready.
