Support custom AMP exporters

Similarly to custom HTML exporters, the user can now define custom AMP
exporters by defining them as:
```ruby
ArticleJSON.configure do |config|
  config.register_element_exporters_for(
    :amp,
    image: ArticleJSON::Export::AMP::Elements::ScaledImage
  )
end
```
