Support for Local Encryption/Decryption

* Added create_writer_key and get_reader_key methods to Client,
  allowing access to keys for encrypting/decrypting
  records locally.
* Added encrypt_record, encrypt_new_record and decrypt_record
  methods to Client, allowing local encryption & decryption.
* Refactoring to align with Ruby idioms.
