Preserve _all_ attributes in CopyAttributes

* All attributes are now copied in CopyAttributes,
not just questiontype, questions, labels, name

* Any attributes on the overall data.frame/list object are also
copied, in addition to the attributes of each component

* In the data.frame/list case, the indexing is done by name, so
that the input data.frame (list) can have  differing columns (elements)

* An argument was added, attr.to.not.copy,
so the user could specify any attributes they don't want
copied.  This is important for
flipTransformations::RemoveRowsAndOrColumns (e.g. don't
want to copy dimnames from the original data.frame to
the subsetted data.frame)
