Commit Message

Add sha256.go, testctx.go

Full implementation of sha256 hashing function.
Accepts primitive integer types, strings, and
arbitrarily nested slices of them.

Code coverage should now be 100% as we are now able
to test panics. Promoted test context to a file of
its own.
