756 swag sync 3 (#836) spinnaker name support

* Adds support for aliasing spinnaker names and custom fields 's3_name' and 'canonical_id'. Also modifies the behavior of '_update_custom_fields' such that, fields are not implicitly set to null. '_update_custom_fields' will only update fields that are passed. In order to clear a custom field you must explicitly pass field_name=None.

* Adding back in config files that were deleted by accident.

* Adding back in config files that were deleted by accident.

* Replacing `===` with `>=` in setup.py
