Additional tests for code coverage  (#139)

* Adding BatchParam that results in a BatchCCD

* Check that addenda count is not greater than 1 for BatchCCD

* Use exposed Create() over private build()

* Create a BatchCCD should fail with missing BatchHeader values.

* BatchHeader cannot have default values for BatchPPD.Create()

* Addenda in BatchPPD must have a type code of '05'

* Must have valid batch header to create a batchWeb

* Addenda.TypeCode can not be default value

* Updated tests and examples for BatchWEB to use EntryDetail.PaymentType

Closes #135

* BatchCCD support ReceivingCompany
