Adding namespacing spoofing to harbinger

This is a shot in the dark for a possible solution to a potential
production development problem. Namely that the Rails router is unable
to find the harbinger pagination.

It is possible that Kaminari is the culprit, as there is a long
standing pull request against kaminari.
