* Activate plot navigation only after click on plot area

* Deactivate plot highlight on click outside plot

* Update webcharts-development-settings to last version

* Start intercepting longTap to resize window

* Click outside plot does not deactivate highlight. Zoom page on three fingers

* test for allowing default behaviour for three touches

* Remove test for third finger interference with plot pan and zoom. Sugestions followed
