Add NI-DMM configure system tests and remove configure functions that are already attributes. (#414)

* adding system test to nidmm for configure functions

* Removing single parameter configure VIs. Fixing enums for multi-parameter configure VIs

* Updating generated

* Fixing flake8 failures

* Adding asserts to validate that the configure functions worked

* Updating to use non-default values, adding assert for thermistor, changing rtm and thermistor type to custom to enable setting custom values.

* Splitting into multipl tests for ease of debugging

* Fixing comments to be removed to be the same as DCPower. Re-removing IsOverRange that was deleted on accident.
