Commit Message

Sort the command-line flags.

This sorts all the flags which are added as globals, unfortunately
leaving `--help` and `--version` at the end of the list.

At the least it is enough to re-order the others, and ensure that
`--yubikey` and `--yubikey-otp` are immediately adjacent.
