Dump the available addons to a separate file

...instead of the y2log. It can be quite big (~30kB), make reading
the y2logs easier.

Added an example dump reader to easily analyze the dump
from another system.

Note: the save_y2logs script archives all files in /var/log/YaST2/,
the new file will be included as well.
