Use md5 crate instead of rust-crypto

This crates currently uses the md5 algorithm to generate
a key to determine which node a specific key belongs to.
This change replaces the rust-crypto crate with the md5
crate. The rust-crypto crate is not very portable and
it has a bunch of other algorithms that we don't need.
