Commit Message

Port to Jbuilder

As a consequence, Markup.ml now implicitly requires OCaml >= 4.02.3.
Previously, Markup.ml implicitly required OCaml >= 4.01.0, as this is a
constraint of current Uutf. Markup.ml's code base works with OCaml 3.12
or 3.11.

Reverse dependency testing is now done against the "installation"
produced by Jbuilder in _build/, rather than against a "true"
installation in the outside world.

The documentation build is temporarily disabled, pending porting to
odoc.

Testing that was conditional on installed packages is now unconditional.

Resolves #21.
