Prefix methods with get

- BigNumber:sign() is now getSign()
- BigDecimal::unscaledValue() is now getUnscaledValue()
- BigDecimal::scale() is now getScale()
- BigDecimal::integral() is now getIntegral()
- BigDecimal::fraction() is now getFraction()
- BigRational::numerator() is now getNumerator()
- BigRational::denominator() is now getDenominator()

The old methods are still there, but have been deprecated; they will be removed in a future version.
