Completing star RPP example w CPP benchmarking (#48)

* WIP adding CPP solutions to star example with and without optional edges to benchmark RPP

* replacing fragile pandas unique function with standard library functions

* stengthened test using output of get_shortest_path_distance function to take tuples of two nodes in either order when used as a key for dict lookup

* updating test to reflect most recent SG node data

* dumb mistake on star example

* cleaning up print statements

* adding gif to star example of RPP solution

* fixing output viz path and rerunning examples

* slightly more ascetically pleasing star example
