Configurable archiveid element (#1471)

* Make archive id element configurable

* Add instructions to ejabberd.cfg on archive id elements activation

* Extract common function to utils

* Simplify configuration

This commit lets a user use simple atoms in mod_mam_meta for
archive id elements.

It also makes stronger emphasis on what's default by using
    * no_stanzaid_element (which user has to give in order to
      explicitly say he/she does not want it
    * add_archived_element (which also has to be said explicitly
      because it is not recommended in general)
If nothings given the defaults stay the same.

* Make warining messages be a little more specific

* Fix typo

* Test configuration of archive elements

* Prevent end_per_testcase from crashing

* Remove unnecessary printing

* Fix dialyzer problem

* Update docs accordingly to a new config option

* Make some grammar corrections
