Test rpl_isupport and fix parts of it

- idlength and maxtargets take specific value keys, so should not be arrays
- idlength values are numbers, should be parsed as integers
- kicklength is a number, should be parsed as an integer
- nothing is intentionally handled with STATUSMSG, and so should go through
  the default of the switch which causes it to break (as in, exit) anyway
