Commands list argument (#1465)

* Implement list arguments for commands

* Add a command for deleting all contacts

It also creates a path availible for clients. They can delete
all their contacts with DELETE HTTP under /api/contacts.

* Correct not needed call

* Delete swo file

* Make not-found be an error

* Add tests for DELETE /contacts

It tests newly implemented http request which uses newly implemented
commands list argument option

* Add documentation for DELETE /contacts http request

* Add delete all contacts command to a subcategory

* Fix bug (putt with non-existing jid returning ok)

It also fixes one little typo

* Fix small mistake in comment in rest_client_SUITE

* Change delete all from roster for delete provided from roster

* Adjust tests for a changed http request

* Add documentation for a new http request

* Refactor client api

* Fix type problem (binaries concatenation)

* Fix type problem

* Refactor functions and accept JSON from client

* Refactor tests

* Remove unnecessary api path

* Remove unnecessary function

* Fix documentation, adjust it to new argument format
