* support MAP over constrained vs unconstrained

* require pointmass approximations during MAP to be constrained

* support Laplace; fix batch vs event shape in default approx

* for consistency, delete dict copy after usage

* store transformations in explicit dictionary

* fix tests

* use self.transformations to get transformed dists
