Get OData properties from key descriptor (#165)

* Extend KeyDescriptor to return ODataProperties array

* Hook up key infill to cynic deserialiser

Previously, when creating related entities, key descriptor generation
was blowing up because key properties weren't available in resulting
ODataEntry object.  Now they're filled in and available as they were
for updates.

* Scrutinizer fixen
