Default repeat value for subsequent runs

Repeated values in arrays were reusing the old repeat value, such as in
the example below.

    &my_namelist
        foo = 3*1,2,3,4
        bar = 3*1,2*2,3
    /

Parsing gave the incorrect result below.

    >>> namelist['my_namelist']['foo']
    [1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4]
    >>> namelist['my_namelist']['bar']
    [1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3]

We now reset `n_vals` after each iteration.
