Change Money::getAmountMinor(), add getUnscaledValue()

- The previous behaviour of getAmountMinor() is now implemented as getUnscaledValue(), returning a BigInteger
- getAmountMinor() now returns a BigDecimal always related to the minor units of the Currency in use
