ENH: vsearch now clusters after sorting by abundance (#15)

Previous behavior was based on sorting by sequence length. Abundance sorting was how QIIME 1 OTU clustering generally worked, and is what we want in QIIME 2 - it was an oversight to not include this in the earlier version of this method.
