* added array type definitions for json(b) and timstamptz

* mapped generic postgres name type to string

* added unit tests for postgres name, _json, _jsonb and _timestamptz

* finished tests for new fields

* fixed expected/osm-camelcase.ts, tests should pass now

* fixed type in osm.sql
