Changed options to one set in interactive mode, to reuse password

Details:

- Moved away from the concept of having a new CmdContext object for each
  subcommand, to using only one such object for the whole zhmc invocaiton.
  This allowed reusing the password and session stored in that context,
  and it has the externally visible effect that general options specified
  on a subcommand are remembered for subsequent subcommands.
