Commit Message

Templating against bnbalsamo/cookiecutter-pypackage. Additionally changing the way the application works in some pretty drastic ways. It now uses json indices to populate the GUI, which feed their arguments directly to Popen. This removes the requirement for the Launcher class. (well, that and generally writing some of this business better).
