Add ability to specify the dashboard template(s) to use, or just the default template if config is set to true (#40)

Can specify an array of templates for dashboard config to add multiple dashboards per stage

Add a vertical template which adds new metrics, and keeps one metric per row with relevant time-series and number widgets for each metric
