Support enums that aren't ViInt32 (#331)

* Enum attrubutes are now passed in an object of the underlying type

* This is used for actual gets/sets

* Add float type enum and test it

* Update generated files

* AttributeEnum inherits from object rather than Attribute

* Underlying type passed in, instatiated by AttributeEnum

* Update generated files

* Change variable name for consistency

* Update generated files

* Update changelog

* Use correct name for variable

* Update generated files
